As principal and lead attorney, Mark focuses his practice on:
Mark also maintains expertise in formation options for start ups and established businesses (including limited liability companies), angel and venture capital investment and organizational governance.
Experienced, principled, progressive
In his career, Mark has tried, arbitrated and mediated numerous commercial cases (both plaintiffs and defendants) and practices primarily before the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington. Mark is also a Rule 39.1 Neutral for the U.S. District Court, Western District of Washington.

If there is one sentiment I constantly share with clients, it’s this: I’ll spend your money as if it were my money. I know how crucial cash flow can be to smaller businesses. From day one, I pledged that our firm would be upfront about what we charge and negotiate flat fees whenever we can. Our clients deserve that."
