Michael Walsh

Mr. Walsh’s practice at Bracepoint Law focuses on representing clients with estate planning, commercial transactions, entity formations, trademark/copyright registrations and disputes, and personal injury defense.

He has significant experience in representing landlords in landlord-tenant disputes, specifically residential and commercial evictions and ejectments.  He also has represented property owners in real property disputes and in post-foreclosure matters, and creditors in collections litigation.

Mr. Walsh began his career litigating in criminal courts as a public defender in King County where he represented accused adults and juveniles at all stages of the trial process. He has advocated in the trial court before the bench and juries, in the courts of appeals, in administrative proceedings, and in alternative dispute resolutions.

He is admitted to practice in Washington State and in the Western District of Washington.
